Every piece from GLOWHOUS COLLECTIVE is handcrafted and finished in small batches rather than mass-produced, so please allow 4–5 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. You'll receive a notification as soon as it ships.

Packaging
Our lamps are handcrafted from acrylic, so every order is carefully packed to withstand transit. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when your order arrives — see our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy for why this matters if your order needs to be reported as damaged.
